Unarmed Self Defense Seminar @ Wolfgar Concealment
This two hour class is your crash course in basic unarmed life protection skills. This seminar is designed for those who are minimally trained or untrained entirely in Martial Arts, for any age and any body type. In this class you will learn, escapes from grabs, holds, strikes and more!
For ages 18 and older, children under 18 must be accompanied with parent or legal guardian.
The class is $25. Class is capped at 15 people so to confirm your spot we ask that you make a $15 non refundable deposit to hold your seat (goes towards cost of class).

● 10+ years Martial Arts experience
● Traditional Okinawan Weapons experience: Bo, Jo, Tonfa, Tanbo, Chizikunbo
● Hester’s Family Fitness Grand Champion 2004 and 2005 (Age & Rank Divisions)
